Project was intended to provide potable drinking water to the Kainantu District Town and nearby villages/communities of some 8000 population.

Water PNG Ltd undertook civil works in Kundiawa to ensure sewerage effluent meets PNG Regulatory and Environmental Guidelines.

Through Capital Advance Agreement, Water PNG Ltd is laying 1400m of reticulation main and associated works to address low pressure and to supply water to new industrial customers.

Through the Central Provincial Government, Water PNG Ltd is developing a new water supply system to Papa-Lealea, Metago and nearby villages impacted by the PNG LNG gas project.

Providing potable drinking water to the Yangoru District Township and the nearby communities, totaling to some 3000 population.

The proposed water supply project will be completed in three (3) stages. Stage 1 was commissioned on 15^th December 2014. Stage 1 covers the Voilea Street, Priddle Street and Mitaeverave.
