Water PNG Ltd undertook civil works in Kundiawa to ensure sewerage effluent meets PNG Regulatory and Environmental Guidelines.

• Objective: To ensure sewerage effluent meets PNG Regulatory Environmental Guidelines.
• Scope:
  • (i) Construction of a building platform for the packaged waste water treatment plant (PWWTP),
  • (ii) Plant access road,
  • (iii) Earth works and retaining structures,
  • (iv) Site drainage and sludge drying beds,
  • (v) Site access road upgrade, and
  • (vi) Sewer pipeline relocation including manhole installation.
