1. What is your Billing Cycle?

Water PNG Ltd will issue bills to you for any amount payable every 30 days.

3. What are your business hours?

Our offices are open weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. However, on Government pay week Fridays, we open from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

4. No one came to get my meter reading. But how am I stil billed?

Water PNG will arrange for the reading of its meters on your premises each month. If for any reason your meter is not being read in any month, an estimation of your consumption will be made and based on your average consumption in the past.

5. I live in Port Moresby, NCD. Can I report water and sewerage issues here to Water PNG?

No. If you detect a leak or a sewage pipe burst in NCD, report it to Eda Ranu. They operate and maintain Water and Sanitation network in Port Moresby.

6. Do I need an account and what are the benefits?

It's not required to create an account. But, having an account provides easier checkout, the ability to create and send a wishlist, and a customized shopping experience.
