The proposed water supply project will be completed in three (3) stages. Stage 1 was commissioned on 15^th December 2014. Stage 1 covers the Voilea Street, Priddle Street and Mitaeverave.

The proposed water supply project will be completed in three (3) stages. Stage 1 was commissioned on 15^th December 2014.

Stage 1 covers the Voilea Street, Priddle Street and Mitaeverave. The system will consist of the Borehole (Section 11, Lot 11), an elevated 30KL Tank, Chlorination and Genset Building and the distribution system covering the streets indicated.

Stage 2 will encompass most of the town and will comprise of an additional two (2) bores, a 0.8ML reservoir, an additional Chlorination and Genset Building at the reservoir site and distribution lines to the rest of the town area.

Stage 3 will include development of a surface source with appropriate treatment facilities, construction of a 0.8ML reservoir and installation of distribution lines to areas not serviced in Stage 1 and Stage 2.
